Dr. Jacqueline Bunce started working on my smile back in 2009, and she did a stellar job. At the end of my treatment, she told me, “We are here for you.” At the time, I took it as regular politeness, but over the years I learned that she meant it literally. After braces are removed, it is normal to have small metal retainers installed behind the teeth to keep them from slowly drifting out of position. They can last for years, but depending on what you chew, they may eventually break or partially detach and need prompt attention. Every time this happened, Dr. Bunce’s office was there for me. One phone call was usually enough to get an urgent appointment, sometimes even the same day, and my dental appliance was always properly fixed or replaced at no extra cost. Dr. Bunce is always friendly, positive, and very nice to work with. I highly recommend her.

I had such a great experience with this orthodontic office. My son had a wire pop out late on a Friday, and even though we weren’t established patients there, they still made time to help him. They were warm, professional, and incredibly patient with my son, who had already dealt with this issue a few times and was pretty uncomfortable. The doctor was attentive, explained everything clearly, and made sure he left feeling relieved and taken care of. It’s rare to find an office that shows that level of kindness and willingness to help. We were so grateful for their support and highly recommend them for anyone looking for an orthodontist who truly goes above and beyond.

Last Friday night, my daughter had a wire poke from her braces. I contacted Dr. Bunce, who promptly asked for a picture. After reviewing it, she offered to see my daughter on Saturday afternoon to fix the issue, despite living quite far away. Dr. Bunce went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for her dedication. She truly is the best doctor one could ever ask for!

We love Dr. Bunce! She is very kind and goes beyond our expectations. They are flexible with payments and all pre-workups are free of charge. Dr. Bunce and her staff are amazing and I appreciate everything they do. I'm currently still in the process of my braces treatment and am glad I went here. I highly recommend this orthodontist clinic!

I was with Dr. Bunce for 2 years and truly enjoyed every appointment with her and her team. She’s a very pleasant person to interact with and especially good with kids. Her team is great with follow ups for appointments. They’ve made it easy for us to come in and transfer information and now even exit as we move states, putting us in touch with orthodontists. Definitely the best doctor for kids in the Bellevue area.
